HOUSTON DRIVEWAY LEVELING
A smoother driveway starts below the slab.
A low driveway panel can leave an abrupt edge at the garage, sidewalk, or next concrete section. We assess sound settled slabs and use mud slurry to fill voids and lift the concrete in controlled stages.
Request an assessmentWhat we look for
We start with the height change, the condition of the concrete, and the ground around it. A slab that has settled but remains largely intact may be a candidate for lifting. A panel that is badly broken, crumbling, or pushed up by roots can need a different repair.
We also look at how water moves across the driveway. Raising one panel can improve a low spot, but the whole drainage path matters. We explain what can reasonably be corrected before work starts.
How mudjacking lifts a driveway
Small access holes are made in the slab. A mud-like slurry is pumped underneath to fill empty space and raise the panel gradually. The crew checks the transition between slabs and patches the access holes when the lift is complete. We do not use polyurethane foam.
Every driveway settles differently, so an in-person assessment determines whether lifting is suitable and what result is realistic.
When to ask for an assessment
Call when a tire catches a raised edge, water collects around a low panel, or an uneven driveway is listed in an HOA notice. If the surface is severely damaged or the underlying cause is still active, we will discuss whether lifting makes sense.
