HOUSTON CONCRETE LEVELING

Level the slab.
Lose the trip hazard.

Sunken driveway or uneven walkway? We lift settled concrete with traditional mudjacking, filling the space below the slab and bringing it back toward the right grade. No polyurethane foam.

THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE

A low panel creates an uneven edge. When the slab is sound, filling the void below can raise it without replacing the whole section.

WHAT WE LEVEL

The concrete you use every day.

We focus on the surfaces where a dropped panel is most noticeable—and where a raised edge can catch a foot or collect water.

Driveways

Uneven panels, low garage approaches, and settled edges that create a bump or change the way water drains.

Walkways

Sunken paths and sidewalk sections with a step between slabs that can become a trip hazard.

HOA concerns

Got a notice about an uneven driveway or walk? We can assess whether lifting is an appropriate way to correct it. HOA approval rules vary.

A STRAIGHTFORWARD METHOD

What is mudjacking?

Concrete can settle when the ground beneath it shifts or washes away. Mudjacking lifts a sound slab by pumping a mud-like slurry beneath it to fill the empty space and support the concrete.

The goal is a smoother transition between panels and a firmer base below. We inspect the slab first, because severely broken or unstable concrete may need a different repair.

We use mud slurry.
We do not use polyurethane foam.

Assess the slab

We look at the height difference, slab condition, and what may have caused the settlement.

Fill and lift

Small access holes allow slurry to be pumped below the concrete. The material fills voids and raises the panel in controlled stages.

Finish the surface

We check the final level and patch the access holes. Your crew explains when the area is ready to use.

SEE THE IDEA

A simple lift, explained.

Watch how a settled slab can be raised with mud slurry. This 15-second animation illustrates the method; we assess each driveway and walkway in person.

A REAL LOOK AT THE WORK

A small opening. A controlled lift.

Slurry is pumped through a hose and small access holes beneath the concrete. As it fills empty space, the crew watches the slab and raises it in stages. The holes are patched when the lift is complete.

Every driveway and walkway is different, so we assess the slab before recommending this approach.

Ask about your slab

HOA NOTICE?

Know what the notice asks for.

Check which slab or edge your HOA flagged, the deadline, and any repair or documentation requirements. If responsibility for the area is unclear, confirm it with your HOA and property records.

A sound settled slab may be a candidate for mudjacking. Depending on the condition and the HOA’s rules, grinding or replacement may be more appropriate. We can assess the concrete and describe a proposed repair for you to review with your HOA.

IS YOUR CONCRETE A GOOD FIT?

Start with the slab you have.

Lifting is often worth considering when a driveway or walkway panel has settled but is still largely intact. If the concrete is badly fractured, crumbling, or pushed up by roots, replacing a section may be the better answer.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few quick answers.

Do you use polyurethane foam?

No. Our concrete leveling method uses a mud-like slurry pumped beneath the slab.

Will you level every cracked slab?

Not every slab is a good candidate. We assess the concrete and the cause of the movement before recommending a lift.

Can you help with an HOA notice?

Yes. Tell us what your HOA has flagged. We can assess the uneven area and explain the proposed repair. Any approval or documentation requirements come from your HOA.
